Late at night I find myself again
Wondering and watching TV
I can't believe what is on the screen
Something that I wouldn't care to see
Many rare species will perish soon
And we will be short on food
Why do we have to be so selfish
We've got to change our attitude
I know that I am not
The only one that's worried
Why don't we all
Wake up, and realize
Like the birds in the sky
We are flying so high
Without making anykind of sacrifice
We've got so little time
To undo this crime
Or we'll lose our paradise
It seems to me that there's no sense at all
Nobody cares it's always the same
Mother nature's crying out in pain
We are the ones to blame
I know that I am not
The only one that's worried
Why don't we all
Wake up, and realize
Like the birds in the sky
We are flying so high
Without making anykind of sacrifice
We've got so little time
To undo this crime
Or we'll lose our paradise

- Paradise - Stratovarius

Thermal count is rising
In perpetual writhing
The primordial ooze
And the sanity they lose

Awakened in the morning
To more air pollution warnings
Still we sleepwalk off to work
While our nervous systems jerk

Pretending not to notice
How history had forebode us
With the green house in effect
Our environment was wrecked

Now I can only laugh
As I read our epitaph
We end our lives as moles
In the dark of dawn patrol

- Dawn Patrol - Megadeth

ENG (...and in english for all my foreign friends! :D)

They talk back to music! :P
Well, I love music, especially one that "speaks" in a "significant": the music can be well sung, played, and I do not want to say that this does not mean anything, indeed, honor at player...but with a "message" takes up a gear again!

Paradise of Stratovarius is a good example, maybe not the top of their careers, but the message is certainly having an effect "what we waiting for calm down us that the planet dies and WE are to blame ???", seems that this that the song means to us! A direct message, which sang with those acute Timo Kotipelto, sculpts this appeal in the minds of listeners!

The second example is Dawn Patrol of Megadeth, and here we have a group that throughout his career has been always fought for ideals, antoconformist, even revolutionaries, but with a very particular lyrics in their music, and not Dawn Patrol fà exception, a message, which was launched in cryptic way, a "song" if I may, whispered voice and almost glowl tired, guitar background sing slowly, rithmic, repeatedly that the same note ... until the end ...

I have always been an environmentalist and pacifist mood, and know that well in my favorite genre of music, there are appeals to these ideals gives me a blow to optimism! :D Why, of this I am convinced, is not so much a campaign of any kind made of words and slogans, but rather messages, more or less direct in what people really listen and hear...the music! You need to have a good dose of courage to sing of this, however! ;)
